By participating in the food eating competition organized by Central BBQ, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully before entering the competition:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, and Central BBQ shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or other adverse effects that may occur during or after the competition.
2. Health and Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that may be exacerbated by participating in the competition. You should consult with a medical professional before taking part if you have any concerns regarding your health or fitness.
3. Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own actions during the competition. You agree to consume the food provided by Central BBQ at your own risk and pace. Central BBQ shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by your actions or any actions of other participants.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Central BBQ, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in the competition, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.
5. Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Central BBQ, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the competition, regardless of the cause.
6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Central BBQ will make reasonable efforts to provide information about the ingredients used in the competition. However, you acknowledge that Central BBQ cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or accommodate specific dietary restrictions. It is your responsibility to inform Central BBQ of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have and to exercise caution when consuming the food provided.
7. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the food eating competition. Proof of age may be required. Participants under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the competition.
8. Disqualification and Termination: Central BBQ reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules and regulations of the competition or engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Central BBQ also reserves the right to terminate or cancel the competition at any time without liability.
